If no credits have been used and no reports have been generated, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].
1. Completion of Digital Services
A service is considered fully provided once a report has been successfully generated and made available in the user's account dashboard.
After delivery, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be approved if all of the following conditions are met:

The request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase -
No credits have been used -
No reports have been generated or delivered -
The user has not violated the Terms of Service
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Any credits have been used -
A report has already been generated or delivered -
Credits were granted as promotional bonuses -
A purchased package has been partially consumed -
A violation of the Terms of Service has occurred -
A chargeback or dispute has been initiated without valid grounds
4. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and order details.

5. PayPal Disputes & Chargebacks
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated (including via PayPal), Reports.VIN reserves the right to temporarily restrict account access while the matter is under review.
We may submit evidence to payment providers demonstrating service delivery and authorized account usage, including report generation records, credit usage history, login activity, and relevant technical identifiers.
If a dispute is determined to be abusive, fraudulent, or unjustified, Reports.VIN may permanently restrict access to the platform and terminate the account. Any remaining credits may be forfeited.
